CUP ACCOMMODATION

Cup accommodation: staying at a school during Storsjöcupen

Living at school

Check-in at school from 12:00 noon Tuesday 1/7

A minimum of two and a maximum of four leaders will live with the team at our camps and are responsible for order and contact with our school hosts. Everyone who stays at our schools must pay a participation fee and purchase a cup band to be worn around their wrist throughout their stay.

Living at school

Your team page will state where your team will be staying during the tournament. This will be published as soon as the placement of all teams is complete. Please note that the size of the dormitory is based on the number of pre-booked and paid participation fees. The space per participant is calculated on a maximum width of 90 centimeters per mattress.

All residents of our accommodation are responsible for a final thorough cleaning of their dormitory before check-out. A final inspection is made by our school caretakers in connection with check-out. In the event of any failure to clean or keys not being returned, Storsjöcupen will invoice your association for the actual costs. We want to encourage teams to leave the accommodation in the same condition as upon arrival.

Make sure that those responsible for the team check that all information for the team is correct on your team page.
